Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for Supporting our Page. Our products are made to order. Please see below regarding our Merchandise Policy.

Because our Merchandise is Made To Order we do not offer Refunds or Returns. The only exception is if the product is damaged upon delivery, then a return is accepted and a new Product Matching your Original Order will be processed. 

To be eligible for a replacement, your product must be returned and damaged from production. Once received your product will be remade with your original order specifications. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where no returns and replacements will be granted:

    • obvious signs of use

    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

    • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Refunds are not offered due to every order being customized to your order.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

 Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
